step 1:

step 2:

bust into the package like a kid of christmas morning to reveal insanely expensive medications

step 3:

stare at drugs and needles and wonder why you can't remember your high school health teacher telling you that this is how you get pregnant...surely she must have been mistaken that it happens any other way...
