21w 3d - contractions

so i'm having contractions. i'm sure they're nothing but at just over 21 weeks, it's nerve-wracking and something i don't want to be having for a loooong time.

i spoke to the dr. at 9:30 a.m. and they said to monitor them for an hour while drinking water which i've done. they've not gotten any better in the last hour and have actually just increased in frequency and i am feeling some pressure too.

i called the dr. back at the hour mark, 10:30 a.m. and am waiting for the return call from them.

i'm freaking out.
